Felbit Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

Each person may hold only one active Felbit account. Operating multiple accounts – whether under your own name or another identity – is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of all balances in the duplicate accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for keeping your account details up to date. Felbit cannot be held responsible for delays in payment processing or account verification caused by outdated or inaccurate information.

3.3 Account Security

Your username and password are personal to you. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Felbit will never ask you for your password by email, chat, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials before you notify us of a suspected breach is your responsibility.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

Felbit does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits or fees.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where possible. E-wallet withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within a few hours during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three banking days. Felbit reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

4.4 Currency

All Felbit account balances, transactions, bonuses, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso. There are no foreign currency conversions applied to any transaction on the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on Felbit are subject to these general terms and to the specific terms stated in each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses on Felbit carry a wagering requirement – a multiple of the bonus amount that must be bet before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated in each promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Rewards cannot be obtained through self-referral or through the referral of existing players under different accounts.

6. Game Rules

6.1 RNG Games

All Random Number Generator (RNG) casino games on Felbit – including slots, card games, and table games – use independently certified RNG software. 7.3 Live Betting

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Felbit and will result in immediate account suspension, potential forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account or creating an account in another person's name
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime
